Returning to the world after meditation is a little like waking from a dream. You quickly forget the clarity that your training and discipline gave you. For that reason it is vital to get into the habit of immediately writing down your thoughts. In this way we bring clarity and direction into our lives and expand our day-to-day consciousness.

This journal is designed to help you take control of your inner life through the process of writing down your thoughts and feelings. You can fill it out electronically or you can print it off and write it as you would a notebook.

If completing online, I would recommend hitting the return key, after each line, to ensure that your text fits neatly on the following line.
